• Inbuilt Heating/cooling medium for contra rotating stirrer for efficient heating / cooling of product, reduces batch production time.

• Mechanical top lid lifting and rotating up to 180° for ease of maintenance and cleaning
• Integrated PLC control cabinet, HMI touch screen hosed in stainless steel rotating panel.
• Bottom mounted inbuilt special designed homogenizer having product recirculation System along with hopper for material addition.
• Inbuilt vacuum pump for mixing under vacuum condition.
• Load cell for measurements with lowest possible dead weight to get higher accuracy. The design eliminates the weight of lifting system during operation.
• CIP cleaning spray nozzles are provided for efficient cleaning without hidden area.
• Self aligned scrapper ensures efficient scrapping of the product from vessel wall which reduces over all batch production time.
